Exchange & Buyback Policy

At Awaken Jewels, we are committed to providing long-term confidence in every purchase. Our Lifetime Assurance, Exchange, and Buyback policies are structured to ensure transparency, fairness, and sustained value, subject to eligibility criteria and mandatory quality inspection.

Lifetime Assurance & Warranty

All diamond jewellery purchased from Awaken Jewels is covered under our Lifetime Assurance, in accordance with the terms set out below.

Each product also includes a 3-year manufacturing warranty effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Repairs, resizing, polishing, alterations, or modifications requested after the 3-year warranty period will be chargeable.
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized alterations is not covered at any time.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • A one-time exchange is permitted within 18 months (1.5 years) from the original invoice date.
  • Exchange requests beyond 18 months may be considered on a chargeable basis, subject to Quality Assurance approval.
  • The Exchange Policy applies only to jewellery purchased within India.

Exchange Valuation & Conditions

  • The exchanged product will be credited at 100% of the original selling price (excluding taxes).
  • No cash refunds will be issued under the Exchange Policy.
  • If the newly selected product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the newly selected product is of equal value, the exchange will be processed accordingly.

Quality Inspection

All exchange requests are subject to inspection by Awaken Jewels’ Quality Assurance Department.

  • The product must be free from structural damage, excessive wear, resizing, tampering, or alterations.
  • The decision of the Quality Assurance team shall be final and binding.

Required Documentation

  • Original product
  • Original or copy of purchase invoice
  • Product certificate (if applicable)
  • Warranty card
  • Valid government-issued photo identification of the invoice holder

Logistics & Processing

  • A logistics fee of ₹1,500 will be deducted while determining the exchange value.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 21 business days after receipt and approval of the returned item.
  • All exchange shipments must be processed exclusively through Awaken Jewels’ authorized logistics partners.
