Are Awaken lab grown diamonds "real" diamonds
Absolutely. Chemically, physically, and optically, they are identical to mined diamonds. They are made of 100% carbon and rank 10 on the Mohs scale of hardness. The only difference is their origin grown in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth.
How do I know the quality of the diamond I am buying
Every Awaken piece is backed by our "Awaken Assurance." All our diamonds above a certain carat weight come with a certificate from a world-renowned lab named SGL, ensuring the cut, color, clarity, and carat are exactly as promised.
Do you offer customization for engagement rings
Yes, we specialize in Bespoke Luxury. You can choose your diamond story, select your preferred cut (Emerald, Oval, Radiant, etc.), and even add personal engravings. Our design team works with you to bring your vision to life.
Why are gold prices fluctuating, and how does it affect my purchase
Gold is a global commodity, and prices change daily based on market trends. At Awaken, we price our jewellery transparently. While the gold rate might fluctuate, choosing lab grown diamonds allows you to maximize your budget on the stone's size and brilliance.

Yes. We understand the value of your purchase. Every shipment is fully insured from our door to yours. In the rare event of a transit issue, Awaken Jewels takes full responsibility.
How long will it take to receive my order
Most orders take about 12-15 business days across India. Bespoke/Custom Pieces will take 15–20 business days, as these are handcrafted specifically for you.
Note: We use premium logistics partners like Blue Dart and Sequel to ensure secure, white-glove delivery.
Do I need to provide ID at the time of delivery
For your security, high-value deliveries may require a signature and a one-time password (OTP). We recommend being present personally to receive your Awaken box.
What is your return/exchange policy

Soak your jewellery in lukewarm soapy water for 20 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush to restore its original sparkle. Avoid harsh chemicals and always ensure the sink drain is plugged before rinsing!
