All Awaken Jewels pieces are made to order and undergo stringent quality checks.

3. Delivery Partner
All shipments are managed through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.

4. Secure Packaging & Transit
All jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging and delivered in our signature Awaken Jewels box.
While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Awaken Jewels shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control during transit. In case of delivery issues, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to assist in resolution.
5. Signature on Delivery
High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Deliveries will only be made to valid residential or commercial addresses.
