We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

All Awaken Jewels pieces are made to order and undergo stringent quality checks.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 12–15 business days from order confirmation.

  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from this timeline.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Partner

All shipments are managed through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once dispatched.

  • Customers may monitor shipment status in real time using the tracking link provided.

4. Secure Packaging & Transit

All jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging and delivered in our signature Awaken Jewels box.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Awaken Jewels shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control during transit. In case of delivery issues, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to assist in resolution.

5. Signature on Delivery

High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Deliveries will only be made to valid residential or commercial addresses.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.

  • Address changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

  • Awaken Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
