The Chord is a three stone ring of deliberate contrasts a baguette at centre flanked by a marquise on one side and a round on the other, each cut chosen for its difference from its neighbours. Three shapes, three ways of interacting with light, one band.

The baguette gives mirrored step flashes, the marquise fires directionally, the round scatters in every direction at once. On a slim yellow gold band with fine claw settings, the three coexist without competing - each cut making the others more visible by contrast. It is a ring about how different things can sit together in a small space and make something better than any of them alone.
