The Spiral is a circular stud built around movement an open spiral of gold that begins at the outer edge and curves inward to a central solitaire, the entire arc of the spiral framing the stone in a path that the eye follows instinctively.

The spiral is one of the oldest symbols in human visual history here it is stripped to its structural minimum, a single line of gold that turns and arrives at a point of light. The open construction makes the earring far lighter than its diameter suggests, and the negative space between the spiral arms gives it airiness that solid studs cannot achieve. It catches light differently at every angle of movement.
